If uninsured or your insurance is not included in the list below, skip to Step Two.
Step Two
Schedule your appointment below and complete payment. Home visits covered by insurance are charged a travel fee of $50

Step Three
Once you are booked, consent and intake forms will be sent to better prepare before our visit.

No one turned away for lack of funds
Auyama partners with The Lactation Network(TLN) to cover in person lactation services for the insurances listed below. Confirming eligibility is required before your visit. For urgent visits, please note the time sensitivity on the registration form. You will receive a confirmation email after submission.
For Cigna insurance we work with Wildflower Health, another company that requires insurance pre-approval for benefits to cover your lactation care. After completing the eligibility intake form, you will receive a confirmation email after submission.

Before You Book:

Life with a growing family can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice whenever possible. If you're experiencing labor, illness, or an unexpected emergency, please reach out as soon as you're able, and we'll work together to find a new appointment time.
Late cancellations or missed appointments without communication may incur a cancellation fee.
