In Home or Virtual infant feeding care from pregnancy through weaning
Because you deserve to feel comfortable, confident and witnessed in this journey

In the third trimester of pregnancy, dedicate time to learn lactation basics. Available in-person or via telehealth.
Planning for the postpartum season looks like discussing your feeding aspirations, health history, and considering wellness in all aspects (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual).
Feel prepared for what to expect in the first days of life, including normal infant behavior, how to tell your baby is getting enough to eat, positioning, latch techniques and learning how milk production works.
Get to know your body, build confidence in connecting to your body and breasts/chest

At postpartum lactation visits we start by discussing all your concerns, as well as health and birth history.

Observing a full feeding in the comfort of your home allows me to see how you and your baby are working together.
Can include: milk production, latch issues including pain, weight gain concerns, pumping and flange fitting, oversupply or other lactation concerns.
